PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Your stand includes:

  • 1 high table
  • 2 high chairs
  • 1 sign
  • Wi-Fi access
  • A shared power outlet for charging phones and laptop
  • OPTIONAL: a document display track (on request before 07/31)
As your exhibition space is limited, only roll-ups will be accepted. Ideal width: 60 cm. Roll-ups exceeding a maximum dimension of 85 cm in width cannot be installed.

You can bring documentation but in quantity limited because there is no storage space. If you send your documentation in advance, it must reach us no later than September 2nd at the following address: Alliance France Cuir - For the attention of the communications department – SLF, 105 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré 75008 Paris.
For couriers and carriers, please specify "ring at "Maison du Cuir", 7th floor left.

For the pitchers :
  • The theme and main points of your pitch must be submitted to us for approval before August 8th.
  • Computers will already be set up in the pitch rooms. Please bring a USB flash drive if you have a PowerPoint presentation to project. We also kindly ask you to send us your PowerPoint presentation as a backup.

D-Day

The venue opens at 7am . The SLF team will be present from 7:30am. Entrance will be via 28 bis rue Saint Dominique.
If you have a delivery, it will be made to 97 rue de l'université.

Stands will be removed from 7:30 p.m. Please make sure to clear your stand and collect your documentation beforehand.
