- An engineer at the Institut de l’Élevage (Idele) since 2007, Benoit Rouillé is a specialist in cattle breeding systems. He works on the decarbonization of milk and meat production, and on the adaptation of livestock systems to the environmental and economic challenges linked to climate change, in conjunction with sectors and stakeholders in the field.
