- Sabine Bonnot is an expert in agriculture and agri-food systems, and the Scientific Director of Planet-score. She leads the methodological and scientific work related to the sustainability assessment and eco-design of food products. With 15 years of experience, Sabine has been instrumental in driving transformative practices within the farming and agri-food sectors. Under her leadership, Planet Score has become Europe’s leading sustainability label for the agri-food sector, collaborating with more than 330 brands across 30 countries. She is member of the Board of the Solid Grounds Institute and is actively involved in international One Health networks
