- Jean-Luc Dunoyer is a General Engineer of Bridges, Water and Forests, a graduate of ENGREF and an agricultural engineer from INA. With more than 25 years of experience at the French National Forestry Office (ONF), he has held a range of senior management positions at both regional and national levels. Since 2016, he has served as Project Director for the Strategic Committee for the Wood Industry (CSF Bois), where he works to promote the use of wood and strengthen the competitiveness of the French timber sector.
